HOME STYLE MUSHROOM CURRY

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 Gm Mushroom
  • 2 Cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 Onion  Chopped
  • 1 Tomato  Chopped
  • 1tsp Ginger And Garlic Paste
  • 1 Green Chili
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder 
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/6cup Water
  •  Salt To Taste
  • 3tbs Butter Or Oil  

METHOD

  1. Cut Mushroom Into Four Pieces. Heat Oil In A Pan And Add Onion Sauté Til   Brown  Add Ginger And Garlic Paste Cook For Half Minute .

  2. Then Add Chopped Tomato And All Spices Cook Till Oil Separates From The Masala. Then Add Mushroom Add Tomato Puree And Water Salt And Simmer Until Mushrooms Soften.

  3. Coriander Chop Mix It Well. Garnish With Green Chilies And Coriander. Serve It Hot.
