Machi Ka Salan

INGREDIENTS

For Marination

  •  1 No Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tsp Ginger And Garlic Paste
  • ½ Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Hung Curd
  • 1tbsp Mustard Oil

 For Salan

  • 500 Fish (Surmai)  (Cut Into Portion Pieces)
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tsp Ginger And Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Chili Powder To Taste
  • 3 Brown Onion Paste
  • 1 Cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 No Lemon Juice
  • ½ Cup Coconut Milk
  • Salt To Taste
  • 3 Tbsp Butter 
  • 1tbsp Coriander Chopped

METHOD 

  1. Marinated (Mix) The Fish Fillets In A Bowl, With Ginger And Garlic Paste Lemon Juice And Curd Little Mustard Oil.
     
           
  2. Put The Fish On to The Skewer And Roast In The Tandoor.  When Fish Is Almost Done, Baste It With Butter, Roast Again Till Almost Done.
     
  3. Heat Butter In A Pan. Add Ginger-Garlic Paste. Cook For Half Minute  Add Tomato Puree, And All The Spices, Cook Till Oil Leaves spices.  Add Water And Kaju Paste cook and cover for 8 minute       
     
  4. Add Cooked Tandoori Fish Pieces. Add Coconut Milk  Powdered Kasoori Methi And Lemon Juices  Simmer For 3 Minutes 
     
  5. Serve Hot Garnish With Coriander Chopped.
