CHICKEN BIRYANI

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 Gram Cooked Rice
  • 400 Gram Chicken Pieces.( Breast And Thai )
  • 1 Cup Sliced Onions
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Garlic.
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Ginger.
  • 3 Tsp Red Chili Powder.
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder.
  • 2 No Clove
  • 1 No Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 No  Bay leaf
  • 2 Green Cardamom 
  • 2 Tbsp Turmeric Powder.
  • ¾ Cup Chopped Tomato
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Green Coriander
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Mint
  • 1tbsp Kewra
  • Pinch Cardamom
  • Pinch Clove Powder
  • Pinch Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Curd (Yogurt)
  • ½ Gm Saffron.
  • 3 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 30 Gram Butter.
  • ¾ Cup Golden Fried Sliced Onions
  • Oil 3 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp.Ginger Julienne's 

 

METHOD 

  1. Take Yogurt In A Bowl, Add Red Chili Powder, Salt, Lemon Juice, Garam Masala Powder Coriander Powder And Mustard Oil. Cardamom Powder  Clove Powder Chat Masala Mix Well. Apply This Marinade To The Chicken Leave It For Half An Hour

  2. Heat Oil In A Pan. Add Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Cloves, And Green Cardamoms And Sauté For Half A Minute.
     
  3. Add Chopped Onions. Fry The Onions Till Golden Then Add The Ginger Garlic Paste. Then Add The Chicken Pieces Continue To Sauté For Minutes, Add The Tomato Chopped, The Dry Masala, And Keep Stirring The Mixture On Low Flame For A While And Fry Well The Mixture Till Oil Separates.
     
  4. Add Saffron Hot Water And Curd Cover And Cook Till The Chicken Is Fully Done Then Add  Rice Fried Onion Chopped  Mint, Coriander, Ginger Julienne, Kewra, Pinch Cardamom Powder, Pinch Clove Powder, Pinch Cinnamon Powder Serve Hot.
