CHICKEN TIKKA

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Whole Chicken  (Bone Less)
  • 3 No Lemon Juice
  • 1cup Yogurt ( Hang Curd)
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Paste
  • 2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • ½ Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/4tsp Coriander Powder
  • Pinch Cardamom Powder
  • Pinch Clove Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Chat Masala
  • 2 Tsp Mustard Oil
  • Oil For Basting
  • Salt As Per Taste

METHOD 

  1. Clean and Remove The Skin of chicken And Cut Into Pieces (app 60 gm)  
     
  2. 1tsp Red Chili Powder, Salt, Ginger Paste, And  Garlic Paste Apply This To The Chicken Pcs And Leave It For half hour.

  3. Take Yogurt In A Bowl, Add Red Chili Powder, Salt, Lemon Juice, Garam Masala Powder Coriander Powder And Mustard Oil. Cardamom Powder  Clove Powder Chat Masala Mix Well.Apply This Marinade To The Chicken Pcs Leave It For three to four hour.
     
  4. Put The Chicken Onto The Skewer And Roast In The Tandoor Or Oven.  When Chicken Is Almost Done, Baste It With Oil, Roast Again Till Done.

  5. Serve Hot With Onion Slices And Lemon Wedges.
