TAWA FRY FISH CURRY

INGREDIENTS

  • 3  Fillet  Fresh Fish (Portion Size)
  • As Required Oil Vegetable           
  • ½  Tsp  Cumin Powder
  • ½  Tspred Chili Powder
  • Pinch Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ Tsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ Ginger  And Garlic Paste
  • 2 No Lemon Juice
  • 2 No Onion Rings
  • Salt To Taste

METHOD 

  1. Marinate Fish With All Ingredients For 30 Minute.
     
  2. Heat Oil in pan for shellow frying The Fish
     
  3. Frying The Fish From both Side (App 7-8 Min) 
     
  4.  Serve hot Garnish With Onion Rings  and Lemon slice
