MASHROOM CORN MASALA

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 Gm Mushroom 1/4
  • 100 Gm Corn Seeds
  • 1 Onion  Chop
  • 2 Gm Tomato  Chop
  • 1tsp Ginger And Garlic Paste
  • 1 Green Chilly
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Leaves  Chop
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder 
  • 1tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4cup Water
  •  Salt To Taste
  • 3tbs Butter Or Oil

METHOD

  1. Boil The Corn Then Keep Them Aside. Cut Mushroom Into Four Pieces.

  2. Heat Oil In A Pan And Add Onion Saute Until It Turns Brown Add Ginger And Garlic Paste Cook For Half Minute .
     
  3. Then Add Tomatoes And Red Chilly Powder Coriander Powder Garam Masala When It Is Cooked Properly.
     
  4. Then Add Mushroom And Corn Seeds Water Add Salt And Simmer Until Mushrooms Soften. 
     
  5. Add Lemon Juice And Coriander Chop Mix It Well. Garnish With Green Chilies And Coriander. Serve It Hot.
