MATAR MUSHROOM 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Cups Green Peas (Boiled)
  • 150 Gms Mushrooms.
  • 1 No  Chopped Onions
  • 2 No Chopped Tomato
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger And Garlic Paste
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 4 Cloves
  • 2 No Black Cardamom.
  • 1 Stick Cinnamon.
  • 1-1/2 Cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder.
  • 1 Tsp.Garam Masala Powder
  • 3 Tbs.Oil 
  • Salt As Required

METHOD

  1. Heat Oil In A Pan Add Bay Leaves, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom Sauté For Half A Minute.Add Onions And Sauté Till Golden Brown. Add Ginger And Garlic Paste Continue To Sauté. 
     
  2. Then Add Mushroom  Fry For One Minutes, Stirring Continuously. 
     
  3. Add Tomato Chopped And  Tomato Puree Then Add All Spices. Cook Till Oil Separates From The Masala.  Add  Half Cup Of Water. 
     
  4. Add Green Peas Cook On Low Flame Till The Green Peas And Mushroom Are Fully Cooked.
     
  5. Serve Hot, Garnished With  Coriander Leaves.
