Vegetable Club Sandwich 

Ingredients

  • 3 no Bread Slice
  • 50 gm Cottage cheese (Paneer) Slice
  •  6 no Tomato Slice
  • 6 No Cucumber slice
  • 1 No Roman Lettuce leaves
  • 1 tsp Butter 
  • 2 tsp For Spread on Bread Mayonnaise
  •  ΒΌ Tsp Mint chopped
  • Salt and White pepper Powder To taste

 

Method

  1. Heat butter in nonstick pan grilled the cottage cheese from the both side until brown and soft,

  2. Mix Mayonnaise, butter, mint leaves and salt and Pepper in bowl.

  3. Spread mayonnaise mixture on the one bread put Cottage cheese slice then put Roman lettuce on the top.

  4. Take second bread spread mayonnaise mixture on the both side. Close the sandwich put cucumber slice then tomato on the bread.
     
  5. Take third and last bread spread Mayonnaise mixture only on one side and close the bread.
                 

  6. Cut the Edges of the bread.

  7. Cut in triangle or As your desire Shape serve Cold with Coffee or Tea.
