Rice Salad

INGREDIENTS

  •  3 cup Rice boiled
  • 1 small Onion chopped
  • 1 large tomatoes chopped
  •  2 to 3   black olives sliced
  •  1 green bell pepper chopped
  •  1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Few drop  of Soy sauce
  • vinegar  
  • ground black pepper to taste


METHOD

  1. In a Mixing bowl  combine all onion, olives, bell peppers, tomatoes, and rice

  2. In another mixing bowl   Whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce lemon juice, vinegar   and black & white  pepper.

  3. Pour dressing over salad toss and serve .
