Murgh awadhi korma

INGREDIENTS

  • 500  Gm Chicken Boneless          
  • 250  gm Onion paste      
  • 2tbsp      Desi Ghee         
  • 1tbsp     Garlic paste      
  • 1tbsp     Ginger paste    
  • 1 tbsp    Yellow chili powder       
  • 2 tbsp    Tomato paste  
  • 150         Yogurt 
  • 2 tbsp    Almond Paste  
  • 1tsp       Dhaniya Powder             
  • ΒΌ tsp     Jeera Powder  
  • 1 tsp      Deghi mirch powder     
  • 1/2tsp   Turmeric powder           
  • 1tsp       Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tbsp    Cashew nut paste          
  • 1tsp       Fresh Coriander chop     

METHOD 

  1. heat Desi ghee in kadai add ginger cook for while then add onion paste cook till golden brown 
  2. now add Chicken ,add salt cook well then add yellow chili, turmeric powder, cumin powder and tomatoes puree , deggi mirch, cook again for few minutes with some water 
  3. than add yogurt ,almond and cashew nut paste  simmer again for few more minutes at last add chop fresh coriander and garam Masala .
  4. garnish with coriander 
  5. served hot  with roti or  naan
