Ingredients
METHOD
Clean and Remove The Skin of chicken And Cut Into Small
Pieces.

Marinate The Cleaned Chicken Pieces With Salt, 1/2 Red Chili Powder
1tsp Ginger And Garlic Paste Yoghurt Red Chili Powder Keep It
Aside For 30 Minutes.
Heat Oil A Pan Add Onion Dice And capsicum Cook Till
Translucent Strain Keep It Side.
Heat Oil In A Pan. Add Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Cloves, Green Cardamoms,
and coriander seeds And Sauté For Half A Minute, Add Chopped
Onions. Fry The Onions Till Golden Then Add The Ginger Garlic
Paste.
Then Add The Chicken Pieces Continue To Sauté For Minutes, Stirring
Continuously then Add The Tomato Puree, The Dry spicy , Keep
Stirring The Mixture On Low Flame For A While And Fry Well The
Mixture Till Oil Separates. Add Water, Cover And Cook Till The
Chicken Is Fully Done.
Add onion dice and capsicum mix well.
Garnish With Coriander Leaves And Serve Hot.
