GOBHI PARATHA

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour  
  • Salt
  • Oil Or Ghee  For Frying Parathas

For Stuffing

  • 1 Cups Grated Cauliflower
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander
  • 1 No Chopped Green Chilies
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1/4 Tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder

METHOD 

  1. Combine all ingredient of stuffing ingredient. 

  2. Take Flour Add Salt, Make A Soft Dough By Using Enough Water.

  3. Take a piece  (50 gm to 60 gm) of dough Make it Small Round Balls,

  4. Roll It Out In A small Round In Shape with help of roller Dust With More Flour If Required.

  5. Now filled stuffing in to parantha and closed from the all side   

  6.  Roll It Out In A Big Round In Shape with help of roller Dust With More Flour If Required

  7. Heat A Tava And Put The Paratha On It .Then Apply A Tsp Of Oil Or Ghee On The Top And Flip It Over To The Other Side.

  8.  Cook Both Sides Well Till Brown In Colour
     
  9.  Repeat The Same Process For The Rest Of The Dough.
     
  10.  Sprinkle with Chaat masala on the top serve with yoghurt, pickle, and mint & coriander chutney
