POORI BHAJI

METHOD 

  1.  Take whole wheat  Flour Add Salt, Make A tight Dough By Using Enough Water.(Should Not Be Soft But A Little Stiff And Tight)
     
  2. Take a piece  (25gm to 35 gm) of dough Make it Small Round Balls, roll it out with  help of  roller, make the thin roundel of dough   
     
  3. Heat Oil In A Deep Frying Pan Or Kadai When The Oil Is Hot Then add One Poori in kadai Fry Gently Pressing Down The Poori With Frying Spoon Turn Over When Puffed Up And Fry The Poori Till Golden Brown.

Repeat The Same Process For The Rest Of The Dough

Drain on absorbent paper and 


serve hot Poori With Aloo Ki Sabzi And Pickle
