PLAIN PARATHA

METHOD 

  1. Take Flour Add Salt, Make A Soft Dough By Using Enough Water.

  2.  Take a piece  (40 gm to 50 gm) of dough Make it Small Round Balls,
     
  3.  Roll It Out In A Big Round In Shape with help of roller Dust With More Flour If Required.You can make it Triangular, Square Or Roundel Shaped of Parathas as you required.
     
  4. Heat A Tava And Put The Paratha On It .Then Apply A Tsp Of Oil Or Ghee On The Top And Flip It Over To The Other Side.

  5. Cook Both Sides Well Till Brown In Colour

  6. Serve with desired main course dish like Aloo Bhaji,  Chlole, or pickle,
