METHOD 

  1. Wash And Soak Rice, Washed Urad Dal In The Water For 5-6 Hours.

  2. Finely Grind Make It Batter Add Salt And Leave It For Ferment 3-4 Hours Rises To Almost Double The Size.
     
  3. Grease The Idli Plates (Or You Can Use Muslin Cloth ) With Oil And Pour Idli Batter Into Idli.

  4. Steamer Cook Them  For About 15- 20 Minutes Till They Rise And Cooked . Leave It For Rest For A Minute Or 2 Inside The Steamer. Then Use A Spoon To Take Them Out From The Idli Steamer.

  5. Serve Hot With Sambhar And Coconut Chutney.
