Paneer Makhani

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 Grm Paneer CUBE     
  • 5 Tablespoons Butter         
  • 3 Tbsp Oil     
  • 1 Bay Leaves           
  • 1cloves         
  • 1cinnamon Stick     
  • 1/2tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1/2tsp Garlic Paste  
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder    
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder     
  • 1.1/2 Cup Tomato Puree   
  • 2 Tbsp Kaju Paste
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • Salt  To Taste
  • 1/2 Tsp Kasoori Methi 
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Cream

 

METHOD 

  1. Heat Oil In A Pan Add Bay Leaves, Cloves, Cinnamon, Red Chilies Sauté For Half Minute.
     
  2. Add Onions Sauté Till Golden Brown. Add Ginger And Garlic Paste And Continue To Sauté For One To Two Minutes, Stirring Continuously. Add Pureed Tomato  Add All Spices. Cook Till Oil Separates From The Spices.  Add  Half Cup Of Water. And Milk  Cook Covered On Low Heat For Two To Three Minutes.
     
  3. Add Paneer Pieces  Sprinkle Kasoori Methi And Mix In Lightly. 
     
  4. Remove From Heat And Mix In Cream. Serve Hot, Garnished With Chopped Coriander Leaves.
