PANEER BHURJI

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 Gms Paneer, Crumbled
  • 1 Tomato, Chopped
  • 1 Onion,Chopped
  • 1 Green Chilly, Chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Red chili Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • ΒΌ cup of water
  • Salt To Taste
  • 3 Tbsp Ghee, Butter
  • Coriander Leaves For Garnishing 

 

METHOD 

  1. Crumble The Paneer And Keep Aside.

  2. Heat oil In A Pan. Add Cumin Seeds for 30 second   Add Onions. till ,translucent, Add Chopped Ginger And Chilly Cook for For 15-20 Seconds. Then Add Tomatoes Cook for while.
     
  3. Now Add All The Spices . Fry For 30 Seconds. add water now Add The Crumbled Paneer  Along With Coriander Leaves And Let It Cook For 1-2 Minutes.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander.
