KADAI PANEER 

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 Gms paneer
  • 1 Capsicum Julienne
  • 1 Onion Julienne
  • 1/4coriander Seed
  • 2 Whole Red Chilies
  • 2 Green Chilies, Chopped
  • 1 Tsp Ginger And Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 1 Tomato Puree
  • 1/2   Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Masala
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander
  • 3 Tbsp Oil
  • Salt To Taste

METHOD 

  1. Paneer And Capsicum cut Into Long Strips.( Julienne )

  2. Heat the oil in a  pan, add the cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and red chili whole  Add Onions And Sauté Till translucent. Add capsicum , Ginger And Garlic Paste. cook for 30 second 
     
  3. add tomato chopped and tomato puree and all spices And Stir. Cook Till Oil Separates From The Masala .Now add Paneer cook for few minute  
     
  4. Garnish With Coriander And Ginger Julienne
