BOONDI RAITA

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ Cup Boondi
  • 1 Cup Curd
  • 1 Tsp Chaat Masala
  • ½ Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • ¼ Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt To Taste
  • A Few Boondi For Garnish

METHOD

  1. Add The Boondi In The Warm Water And Let Them Get Soaked For 10-15 Minutes.Drain This Water.
     
  2. Whisk The Yogurt In A Bowl. Add Spice Powders, Stir Well.Add The Boondi And Mix.
     
  3. Garnish Boondi Raita and Red Chili Powder Serve Cold.
