MINT RAITA

Ingredient

  • 3 Cups Curd (Beaten)
  • 1 Cup Mint Leaves (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 Green Chili (Finely Chopped)
  • 1/2tsp Roasted Cumin Seed Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Rock Salt
  • Salt To Taste 

 

METHOD

  1. Grind And Make A Paste Of Mint Leaves And Green Chili Using Very Little Water.

  2. Then Add Into In Curd With All Spices Powder. Mix It Well.

  3. Serve Cold Mint Raita
