METHOD
Take gram flour in a mixing bowl, add garam masala powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well all the ingredients add little water step by step stir continue avoid lumps make a thick batter.
Marinated with salt, chili powder and Chaat masala on both the sides of paneer
Dip each piece of paneer into the batter and deep fry them till golden on medium flame
Take them out on a observant paper sprinkle of Chaat masala
Serve Hot Paneer Pakora with mint chutney
