GOSHT DO PYAZA HYDERABADI

INGREDIENS

  • 800 gms    Lamb
  • 150 gms    Clarified butter 
  • 3 No         Onions (Chopped)
  • 1tbsp        Ginger Paste
  • 1tbsp        Garlic Paste
  • 1tbsp        Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ tsp        Turmeric powder
  • 1tsp          Garam Masala 
  • 2 tbsp       Coriander fresh Chopped)
  • 1tbsp        Mint (Chopped)
  • 1 tsp         Sunflower seeds
  • 3 tbsp       Cashew nuts 
  • Salt : To Taste
  • Groundnut oil : to deep fry 

 

METHOD 


  1. Clean the mutton, cut into small pieces
     
  2. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry sunflower seeds and cashew nuts until golden brown then cool it down and make it smooth paste

  3. In another pan heat ghee, add onion and sauté over medium heat until golden brown. Add the ginger and the garlic paste, red chillies and turmeric and stir for a minute adding salt also.

  4. Add mutton, stir, add water, bring to a boil and simmer until the mutton is tender. Adjust the seasoning, sprinkle Garam Masala, coriander and mint, stir, add sunflower seeds & cashew nuts, bring to a boil remove from the Heat 

  5. served hotgarnish with coriander and green chili
