Mutton Kofta Curry

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 Gm Mutton, Boneless
  • 1 Nos Onions Chopped
  • ¼ Cup Besan (Roasted)
  • 1 No Egg.
  • 2 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder.
  • Salt To Taste
  • Oil For Frying. To Taste.

 For The Curry

  • 3  Onions.
  • 3-5 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tsp Ginger And Garlic  Chop
  • 1tsp.Haldi Powder
  • 3 Cup Tomatoes Puree
  • 2 Tsps Coriander Leaves.
  • 1-1/2 Tsp. Red Chili Powder
  • 1tsp Tsp. Garam Masala
  • 1 Tsp Meat Masala
  • Pinch Green Cardamom  Powder
  • Pinch Black Cardamom Powder
  • Salt To Taste

 

Method


  1. For The Koftas, Mince The Meat With All The Ingredients Make small balls with this mixture.Deep fry these balls till golden brown and keep aside.
     
  2.  Heat Oil In Pan Sauté Onions till Golden Brown. Add Ginger Garlic Chop Stir Continues Then Add  Tomato Puree  Add All Spices Then Cook Till Oil Separates FromThe spices then Water Add Kofta And Cook For  About 15 Minutes,

  3.  Add Coriander Chopped Garnish With   Ginger Julienne Serve Hot
