KEEMA MATAR

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 Gms Minced Meat
  • 1 Cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 Fine Chopped Onion
  • 100 Gms Peas 
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric 
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder 
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 Big Black Cardamom
  • 2 clove
  • 1 Bayleaf
  • 1 Chopped Green Chili 
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Chopped
  • Few Ginger Julienne
  • 3 Tbsp Oil
  • Coriander Leaves

METHOD 

  1. Heat Oil In Pan saute add black cardmom bay leaf clove for while then add Onions till Golden Brown. Add Ginger and Garlic Paste Stir Continues
  2. Add Mince,Saute for Some Time then add Tomato Puree and All Spices Cook Till Oil Separates From The Spices then add Water Cook On Medium Heat Till The Mince Is Tender. 
     
  3. Add  Peas, Cover, And Simmer On Low Heat For three to four Minute Add Coriander Chopped and green chili.
     
  4. Garnish With Ginger Julienne Serve Hot Garnish With Coriander Leaves.
