Vegetable Biryani

Ingredients

  • 2 Kg Basmati Rice Boiled
  • 2 cups chopped mixedvegetables
    (carrots , peas , cauliflower , French  beans)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 No finely chopped onions
  • 2 No onion slice
  • 1/4 cup paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • ¼  cupTomato puree
  • ¼ tsp Green chili paste
  • 1 tsp ginger-gralic paste
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 cup fresh curds

Other Ingredient

  • 1tbsp Mint fresh chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Chopped
  • few drop Kewra water
  • few drop Rose water
  • Saffron strands 
  • salt to taste


METHOD

  1. Heat Oil In Pan. Add Cinnamon, Cloves And Green Cardamoms And Sauté For Half A Minute Put Chopped and julienne Onion Fry Till Golden Brown. Add Ginger-Garlic Paste.
     
  2. add vegetable cook for minute Add tomato chopped and tomato puree Add All The spices Powder Cook Till Oil Separates From The species add little water and saffron.
     
  3. Add curd Cook for Minute .Now Gravy Is Medium Thick In Consistency.

  4. Add boil Basmati Rice mint, coriander, kewra, rose water,green chili chopped,
  5. Cover the pan and  cook for while .
     
  6.  Mix it well serve with Raita and salad.
