Fish Cutlet

Ingredients

  • 300 to 400 gm fillets boiled
  • 1 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 1 no Egg
  •  ΒΌ tsp Garlic paste Ginger chopped
  • 1 chili Chopped
  • A few leaves of mint
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 bread slice
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1Lemon juice
  • 1 potato, boiled and mashed
  • 2 Ttbsp Flour
  • Oil, to pan fry
  • Mint leaves, to garnish

METHOD 

  1. Make the fish mince using blender Transfer into a bowl.

  2. Add  bread crumbs, egg, garlic, ginger, green chilies, fresh mint leaves, salt,red chili powder, slice of bread, and lemon Juice in fish mince mix well. 

  3. Add one boil potato Mix them well. Make a cutlets out of it and coat in some flour.

  4. Keep it in the fridge for 10 to 15  minutes.

  5. Add little refined oil in the pan and fry the cutlets both sides until brown.

  6. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve hot.
