FISH TIKKA ACHARI

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Surmai Fillets, (Size Cut Into 2 Inch Pieces)  
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice           
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Paste   
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Paste 
  • 4 Tbsp Grind Mix Spicy Pickle 
  • 2 Tbsp Mustard Oil  
  • 1/2 Cup Hung Curd            
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter, Melted

METHOD 

  1. Marinated (Mix) The Fish Fillets In A Bowl, With Lemon Juice, Salt, Garlic And Ginger Paste,Yogurt, Grind Pickle And Mustard Oil Keep The Marinate The Fish Tikka Pieces For One Hour. 

  2. Put The Fish Onto The Skewer And Roast In The Tandoor.  When Fish Is Almost Done, Baste It With Butter, Roast Again Till Done.

  3. Squeeze Lemon Juice On Fish Tikka  And Sprinkle With Coriander Before Served.
