TANDOORI FISH TIKKA 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Fish (Surmai) Size Cut Into 2 Inch Pieces)
  • 3 Tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Ajwain
  • 3 Tbsp Ml Cream
  • 2 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 2 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 4 No Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Cup Hung Curd
  • Salt To Taste
  • Chili Powder To Taste
  • 3 Tbsp Butter 
  • 1tbsp Coriander Chopped

METHOD 

  1. Marinated (Mix) The Fish Fillets In A Bowl, With All The Ingredients Except  Butter And Coriander Keep The Marinate The Fish Tikka Pieces For One Hour.
                        
  2. Put The Fish Onto The Skewer And Roast In The Tandoor.  When Fish Is Almost Done, Baste It With Butter, Roast Again Till Done.

  3. Squeeze Lemon Juice On Fish Tikka And Sprinkle With Coriander Before Served.
