FISH FINGER

INGREDIENTS    

  • 250 Gm Bone Less Fish Cut Into Fingers 
  • 2 No Lemon, Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Red Chili Sauce 
  • Salt To Taste
  •  Pepper To Taste
  • 1 Cup Flour 
  • 2 Egg, White 
  • 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs

METHOD 

  1. Marinated The Fish With Lemon Juice, Red Chili Sauce Salt And Pepper For About 30 Minutes.

  2. Take Flour In Bowl 
     
  3. Take a Fish Dust With Flour.
     
  4. And Dip Into The Beaten Egg 
     
  5. Then In The Bread Crumb. .

     
  6. Finally  Deep Fry The Fish On The Low Heat Till Lightly Browned And Crisp . 
     
  7. Place Them On An Strainer Then On The Butter Pepper
