Fish Kofta Curry 

INGREDIENTS

  • Fish 400 gm bone less fillet boiled
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup very finely chopped coriander
  • 2 green chilies chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic paste and ginger paste
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp mango powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsps chopped mint leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tsp Ginger And Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Chili Powder To Taste
  • 3 Brown Onion Paste
  • 1 Cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 No Lemon Juice
  • ½ Cup Coconut Milk
  • Salt To Taste
  • 3 Tbsp Butter 
  • 1tbsp Coriander Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Kaju paste


METHOD 

For the kofta

  1.  Make the fish mince using blender Transfer them into a bowl
     
  2. Add  egg, garlic, ginger, green chilies, salt, red chili powder, slice of bread, refined oil in fish mince mix well. 

  3. Mix well and mash to a paste, and then make small round balls from the paste.

For the Salan 

  1. Heat Butter In A Pan. Add Ginger-Garlic Paste. Cook For Half Minute  Add Tomato Puree, And All The Spices, Cook Till Oil Leaves  Masala.  Add Salt Water And Kaju Paste .  
     
  2. Add Cooked kofta Pieces. Add Coconut Milk  Powdered Kasoori Methi And Lemon Juices  Simmer For 3 Minutes Garnish With Coriander Chopped.
     
  3. Serve Hot Garnish  with coriander leaves.
