ALOO AMRITSARI

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 no potato boiled
  • 2 Onions chopped  
  • 2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Ajwain 
  • 1/2 cup Besan 
  • 1 tsp Corainder Powder 
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder 
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala 
  • salt To taste  
  • Oil For frying 
  • few Coriander leaves for garnish


METHOD

  1. Cut Potato into cube
  2. Heat oil in kadai deep fry the Potato. Keep it aside.
     
  3. Marinate the potato with of Gram floor ginger-garlic paste, ajwain and little Water keep it aside for 15 to 20 minute.
     
  4.  Heat  oil in pan  add onions and sauté till brown. Add all spices  stir continues at slow heat till oil separate from  spices.
        
  5. Add potato and stir well. cook for 2-4 minute.
     
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
