ALOO MASALA

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large sized potatoes , cut into cubes (boiled)
  • 2 Tomato Chopped
  • 1 onion Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Puree (option)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 no green chilli slant cut
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ coriander powder
  • Red chili powder
  • Ginger julienne
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  • 3 tbsp oil

METHOD

  1. Heat the oil in pan add cumin seeds and green chili. When the seeds crackle, saute onion till golden brown. then add tomato chopped and puree 
     
  2. add all spices stir continues at slow heat till oil separate from spices add potato mix well cook for minute stir continue Squeeze lemon juice  
     
  3.  Serve Hot garnish with coriander chopped and ginger julienne.
