Aloo Gajar

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp  Oil
  • 3 Potato
  • 2 Carrot 
  • 1 tsp Cumin seed
  • ¼ tsp Coriander Seed
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • ¼ tsp Ground turmeric
  • 1 no Green chili
  • Salt Tos taste
  • 1 no Lemon juice  

METHOD 

  1. Heat oil in pan add cumin and coriander seeds. When they crackle.
     
  2. Add potatoes. Fry for 3-4 minutes and add carrots. Stir mixture.
     
  3. Add all spices. Stir fry mixture for 1-2 minutes and then cover and cook on low flam until cook. (Sprinkle with a little water if needed)
     
  4. Sprinkle with lemon juice, green chili chopped, and coriander leaves before serving.
