JEERA ALOO

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large sized potatoes , cut into cubes (boiled)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • Roated cumin Powder
  • 1 no green chilli whole
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ coriander powder
  • Red chili powder
  • Ginger julienne
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  • 3 tbsp oil

METHOD

  1. Heat the oil in pan add cumin seeds,ginger julienne and green chili When seeds crackle, add potatoes. 
     
  2. All  all spices stir continues at slow heat till the spices mix well with the Potato. Squeeze lemon juice.
     
  3. Serve Hot garnish with coriander chopped and ginger julienne
