ALOO GOBHI

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 potatoes (boiled)
  • 5 to 6 cauliflower, cut into floweret’s small (boiled)
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 3tbs oil
  • 1/2 tsp ginger julienne   
  • 1/2 garlic paste,
  • 1 tsp (9 g) Red chili powder
  • 1/2tsp coriander powder
  • Pinch garam masala 
  • 1/4 tsp (2 g) cumin whole
  • 1tsp kasuri methi
  • 1 no Lemon juice
  • For the garnishing: coriander leaves chop

 

 

METHOD 

  1. Heat oil in a pan add cumin When they crackle, Add ginger julienne and garlic paste cook for half minute. 
     
  2. Add chopped tomato cook for 2 minute Add cauliflower and potato add all spices stir continues at slow heat till the spices mix well with the vegetables.  Squeeze lemon juice.

  3. Serve Hot, garnish with coriander chopped and ginger julienne.
